All space requests are subject to review and approval by MDQ Academy. Submitting a request does not guarantee or hold a date — your booking is only approved once you receive confirmation from our team.

Once approved, you will receive a secure payment link powered by Square. Your booking is not confirmed until payment is completed through that link. Prices are calculated based on the space's hourly or flat rate as shown at the time of your request.

If you need to cancel or change your booking, contact MDQ Academy directly with your reference code as soon as possible. Refunds, if any, are handled on a case-by-case basis by MDQ Academy staff and are not automatic.

MDQ Academy's premises are part of an academy and masjid community, and all renters and guests are expected to conduct themselves with respect for that environment.

• No alcohol, illegal substances, or smoking permitted on-site.
• Renters are responsible for basic cleanup of the space after their event and for leaving the facility in the condition it was found.
• Attendance may not exceed the posted capacity for the booked space.
• Minors must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times during the event.

Events that include any fundraising activity (ticket sales, donations, auctions, item sales, or similar) require prior review and approval of the beneficiary charity or organization by MDQ Academy. Fundraising may not take place at an event until that review has been approved, even if the underlying space booking is otherwise confirmed.

By booking a space, the renter agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MDQ Academy, its staff, and its volunteers from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, or liability (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to the renter's event, or the acts or omissions of the renter's guests, at the premises.

The renter is responsible for the conduct of their guests and for any damage to MDQ Academy property that occurs during the rental period.

These terms are accepted electronically before payment. Acceptance is recorded with a timestamp and the version of these terms in effect at the time. Version: 2026-07-07.
